what we do.

Osteopathy
Osteopathy is manual medicine that focuses on total body health by treating and strengthening the musculoskeletal framework, which includes the joints, muscles and spine. The aim of treatment is to provide proper spinal and skeletal alignment to improve mobility, relieve pain and restore healthy nerve and muscle functioning. During a treatment, John will use a variety of gentle hands on techniques to draw the body back into alignment.

Applied Kinesiology
Applied Kinesiology involves muscle strength testing to release physical, mental, and emotional blocks and restore the body's ability to heal itself.   Finding your way back to health can be complicated.  Heather's use of kinesiology, articulate questioning and insight can really empower you on your life's path.

Acupuncture+
In an acupuncture+ treatment, gentle acupuncture is often combined with massage, essential oils, fire cupping or moxibustion. Prescriptive yoga movements are often given to speed recovery and build strength.
